What is included in the package price?
Each package lists its decor, on-site setup, and pickup of rental pieces. Enter your event ZIP to check whether travel is included or needs a separate quote.
Can I choose custom colors?
Yes. Choose from our standard balloon and backdrop colors. A fourth PartyWoo balloon color is an additional $75.
How much room do I need?
The round balloon backdrop stand is 8 ft across; its balloons need extra space around the frame. The Signature backdrop is 4 × 7 ft. Grand Celebration also includes 2 × 4 ft and 2 × 5 ft backdrops. Allow extra room around each piece. Tell us about your venue and we’ll confirm the full footprint with you.
Can the decor go outdoors?
Tell us if the setup is outdoors. We’ll review the space and weather conditions with you before confirming what can be installed safely.
When is setup and pickup?
Plan for 1–1.5 hours for Organic Balloon Arch, 2–3 hours for Signature Backdrop, and 4–5 hours for Grand Celebration. We’ll coordinate setup access and pickup timing with your venue.
Does the request reserve my date?
Not yet. We’ll confirm availability, venue details, and booking terms with you before your date is reserved. After you send a request, you can check its status using your private link.
